This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I'm slowly learning the rules of photography. I wouldn't classify myslef as a "beginner" or an "expert".
I sort of jumped into this whole scene when was about.. mmm.. 12? I didn't exactly read up on photography, and techniques, or tips, I just took my mother's camera one day in the mountains and took a couple of shots, and realized that I might actually have some potential.. so that's where it all came from.
I take my camera everywhere. My family and close friends refer to me as "CameraHead" or "CameraFace". Not THAT original, but hey, it's what I seem to be.
I also enjoy writing poetry, or short stories about absolutely nothing. Poetry has always been the one thing I knew I had some form of talent with. In fifth grade, we had to write a poem about anything, and everyone in my small class was complaining about not being able to find any words that rhyme with another particular word; but somehow, I wrote a short, simple poem about my cat, and well, that's when I knew I should really look into poetry.

You have the soul of a winter snowflake and the love of a summer tan.
the gap under my knee itches
it's like the arm-pit to your knee.

I feel like uploading pictures
of my friends that I took
so that'll calm me down
